Learn how to strike as you burn calories, build strength and add diversity to your workouts, with our 45 minute boxing class. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels, this class promotes correct boxing technique amid a high energy and entertaining workout.

Group cycling. Endurance, hills, sprints this class has it all. Good music, great workout and lots of laughs.

Bootcamp WOD
(Workout of the Day) Each workout is different and focuses on compound movements for maximum calorie burning and strength. Variation, challenges, fun and motivating. Challenge yourself.

Shape
Come and have some fun at Shape. This class is a mix of step, pump and Zumba. A super fun and social workout that will suit all fitness levels and class experience. Shape is also a great calorie burner as you work your entire body through the 50min workout. Be prepared to have a few laughs, make a few new friends and burn those calories.

Low impact class for strength, balance, and coordination to build fitness gradually in a friendly atmosphere. A great class for rehab and for our more mature members.
